Clinical Supervision
Compass Community Services provides quality clinical supervision to interns, volunteers and workers from community agencies. We act as a teacher, coach, consultant, and mentor. We provide support, encouragement, and education to supervisees while addressing an array of psychological, personal, relational, and physical issues of clients. Ultimately, effective clinical supervision ensures that clients are competently served.
Supervision ensures that counsellors continue to increase their skills, which in turn increases treatment effectiveness, client retention, and staff satisfaction.
