Internship Opportunities

Compass Community Services has existing relationships with a number of post-secondary institutions that have programs in the social services field. Each year, Compass Community Services hosts masters-level interns completing hours toward registration as a mental health professional. The agency also hosts college-level interns in the social services sector.

If you are interested in an internship at Compass Community Services, please check with your program coordinator at your post-secondary institution to confirm their preferred method of securing an internship (some institutions require potential interns to be placed through the program).

  • Determining a clear schedule for the entirety of placement duration
  • Attendance on Wednesdays from 12 to 8pm (all other days are flexible)
  • Willingness to work some evening hours
