Critical Incident Response
A Critical Incident Response is a focused intervention provided to employees when they experience a tragic or traumatic event. The event may be so emotionally painful, distressful or shocking to employees that it negatively affects their mental, physical, social or emotional functioning.
Compass Community Services’s Critical Incident Response is designed to reduce the impact of the event and to assist employees to build resilience and return to their normal functioning.
